These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at practicalprospecting.io and the services we provide. The website and services are operated by REV LLC, doing business as Practical Prospecting ("Practical Prospecting," "REV LLC," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, contacting us, engaging our services, or opting in to our SMS program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who we are
Practical Prospecting is a brand and trade name operated by REV LLC. References to "Practical Prospecting" throughout these Terms refer to REV LLC d/b/a Practical Prospecting.
2. Our services
Practical Prospecting designs, tests, and scales custom B2B outbound sales systems for our clients. Our services may include outbound strategy and consulting, campaign setup and management, lead research and list building, copywriting, email infrastructure and deliverability support, and related advisory services. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or order form between you and REV LLC. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our website and services. If you use our services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. SMS / text messaging terms
If you opt in to receive text messages from Practical Prospecting, the following terms apply to our SMS program:
- Program description. Practical Prospecting (REV LLC) may send SMS messages such as appointment and meeting reminders, account and service updates, and information about our outbound revenue services to individuals who have opted in.
- Consent. You will only receive SMS messages from us if you have provided your express written consent, for example by submitting our SMS opt-in form or otherwise affirmatively opting in. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency. Message frequency may vary.
- Message & data rates. Message & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
- Help. For help, reply HELP or email support@practicalprospecting.io.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Acceptable use
